Guys, I am in need of assistance on linear equations, factoring, converting fractions and graphing function. Since I am a beginner to Intermediate algebra, I really want to learn the basics of College Algebra fully. Can anyone suggest the best resource with which I can begin reading the basics? I have a midterm next week.

With it you can solve various types of questions and it’ll also address all your enquiries as to how it came up with a particular answer. I tried it when I was having difficulty solving questions based on free online math test papers for grade 8 and I really enjoyed using it.

1.Hey mate, you are on the mark about Algebrator! It is absolutely fab! I downloaded it recently from http://www.algebra-calculator.com/solving-proportions.html after a acquaintance recommended it to me. Now, all I do is type in the problem from my text book and click on Solve. Bingo! I get a step-by-step solution to my algebra homework. It’s almost like a tutor is explaining it to you. I have been using it for three months and so far, haven’t come across any problem that Algebrator can’t solve. I have learnt so much from it!

Algebrator is the program that I have used through several algebra classes - Algebra 2, Algebra 2 and Algebra 1. It is a really a great piece of math software. I remember of going through problems with trigonometric functions, unlike denominators and graphing. I would simply type in a problem from the workbook, click on Solve – and step by step solution to my algebra homework. I highly recommend the program.
