Hello friends, I lost my algebra textbook yesterday. It’s out of stock and so I can’t find it in any of the stores near my place. I have an option of hiring a private tutor but then I live in a very far off place so any tutor would charge high rates to come over. Now the thing is that I have my exam next week and I can’t study since I lost my textbook. I couldn’t read the chapters on decemials to fractions chart and decemials to fractions chart. A few more topics such as long division, equation properties, solving a triangle and algebra formulas are still not so clear to me. I need some help guys! |

What exactly don't you understand about decemials to fractions chart? I recall having problem with the same thing in Basic Math, so I might be able to give you some advice on how to handle such problems. However if you want help with math on a long term basis, then you should buy Algebrator, that's what I did in my Algebra 2, and I have to say it's the greatest! It's less costly than a private teacher and you can use it anytime you want. It's not hard to use it, even if you never ever used a similar program. I would advise you to buy it as soon as you can and forget about getting a algebra tutor. You won't regret it! |

I used Algebrator also, especially in Algebra 1. It helped me so much, and you won't believe how simple it is to use! It solves the tasks and it also describes everything step by step. Better than a teacher! |

I'm so glad I got these answers so fast, I can't wait to check out Algebrator. Can you tell me one more thing, where could I find this software? I'm not so good at searching for things like this, so it would be good if you could give me a URL. Thanks a lot! |

Algebrator is the program that I have used through several math classes - Intermediate algebra, Algebra 1 and College Algebra. It is a really a great piece of math software. I remember of going through difficulties with triangle similarity, slope and function range. I would simply type in a problem from the workbook, click on Solve – and step by step solution to my math homework. I highly recommend the program. |
