Hi All, I am in need of aid on slope, perpendicular lines, quadratic equations and reducing fractions. Since I am a newbie to Basic Math, I really want to learn the bedrocks of Algebra 1 completely. Can anyone recommend the best place from where I can start reading the basics? I have an exam next week.

I remember having difficulties with hyperbolas, multiplying fractions and quadratic formula. Algebrator is a truly great piece of algebra software. I have used it through several algebra classes - Intermediate algebra, College Algebra and Intermediate algebra. I would simply type in the problem from a workbook and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended.
