Hi math lovers, I heard that there are certain programs that can help with us studying, like a teacher substitute. Is this really true? Is there a software that can help me with algebra? I have never tried one until now, but they shouldn't be hard to use I assume. If anyone tried such a program, I would really appreciate some more information about it. I'm in College Algebra now, so I've been studying things like least common multiple worded problems and it's not easy at all.

I have no clue why God made algebra, but you will be happy to know that a group of people also came up with Algebrator! Yes, Algebrator is a program that can help you crack math problems which you never thought you would be able to. Not only does it solve the problem, but it also gives a detailed description of how it got to that solution. All the Best!

I have used many programs to grapple with my problems with trigonometric functions, side-side-side similarity and side-angle-side similarity. Of them, my experience with Algebrator has been the best. All I needed to do was to merely key in the problem. Punch the solve button. The answer appeared almost immediately with an easy to understand steps indicating how to arrive at the answer. It was simply too uncomplicated. Since then I have relied on this Algebrator for my difficulties with Remedial Algebra, College Algebra and Intermediate algebra. I would highly suggest you to try out Algebrator.

Is the software really that helpful? I’m concerned because the software might not really help because it only answers the problem per ?e. I like to understand how a problem is solved and not only know the answer. Nevertheless, could you give me a link for this software?

Yeah you will have to buy it . You can get an idea about Algebrator here http://www.algebra-calculator.com/arithmetics-with-decimals.html. They give you an no questions asked money-back guarantee. I haven’t yet had any reason to take them up on it though. All the best!

I remember having often faced difficulties with factoring, point-slope and mixed numbers. A really great piece of math program is Algebrator software. By simply typing in a problem from workbook a step by step solution would appear by a click on Solve. I have used it through many math classes – Intermediate algebra, Basic Math and Remedial Algebra. I greatly recommend the program.
