Will someone help out to sort out my problem with my math? I have tried to get myself a teacher who can lend me a hand. But until now I have failed. Its difficult to locate somebody reachable and within my means. But then I have to get over my difficulty with how do i convert whole numbers to decimal format? as my exams are fast approaching just now. It will be a huge help for me if anybody can guide me.
