I've always wanted to learn flash cards to learn pre algebra, it seems like there's a lot that can be done with it that I can't do otherwise. I've browsed the internet for some good learning resources, and checked the local library for some books, but all the information seems to be directed to people who already understand the subject. Is there any tool that can help new students as well?

You might want to check out Algebrator. I bought it some time back to help me with my Remedial Algebra course and I can say that it was really a wise decision. There are so many examples provided which you can browse through. You can also try out the questions related to difference of cubes and perpendicular lines by just typing them in. Algebrator provides comprehensive description to the problems which helps to make difficult concepts very clear. I would say that this program is absolutely the best that money can buy.

I myself have been using this software since quite some time now, and it has never let me down. It won’t just solve a question for you, but it’ll also give details of every step that was taken to arrive at a specific solution. And that’s the best feature in my opinion.I used to face a lot of problems tackling questions based on flash cards to learn pre algebra but ever since I started using software, math has beenreally easy for me.

I remember having often faced difficulties with graphing equations, factoring polynomials and triangle similarity. A really great piece of math program is Algebrator software. By simply typing in a problem from workbook a step by step solution would appear by a click on Solve. I have used it through many algebra classes – Algebra 1, Algebra 2 and Intermediate algebra. I greatly recommend the program.
