Can anybody help me? I have an algebra test coming up next week and I am totally confused. I need help particularly with some problems in equations in one variable solver that are very complex. I don’t wish to go to any tutorial and I would really appreciate any help in this area. Thanks!

The attitude you’ve adopted towards the equations in one variable solver is not the right one. I do understand that one can’t really think of anything else in such a situation. Its nice that you still want to try. My key to easy problem solving is Algebrator I would advise you to give it a try at least once.

That’s what I’m looking for! Are you certain this will help me with my problems in math? Well, it doesn’t hurt if I try the software. Do you have any links to share that would lead me to the product details?

You can get it at http://www.algebra-calculator.com/solving-proportions.html. Please do post your experience here. It may help a lot of other beginners as well.

I remember having often faced difficulties with function domain, function domain and quadratic inequalities. A really great piece of algebra program is Algebrator software. By simply typing in a problem homework a step by step solution would appear by a click on Solve. I have used it through many algebra classes – Intermediate algebra, Algebra 1 and Pre Algebra. I greatly recommend the program.
