I am ok in math otherwise but problems in percentages baffle me and I am at a loss. It would be extremely helpful if you can let me know of a reasonably priced math help tool that I can use?

Had you posted this message before hiring a tutor, you could have saved yourself a lot of money! Anyway, now you can’t change it. In order to make sure that you do well in your exams I would suggest using Algebrator. It’s a very easy to use software. It can solve the really tough ones for you, and what’s even cooler is the fact that it can even explain how it did so! At one point in time when even I was having difficulty understanding long division, y-intercept and graphing equations. But thanks to Algebrator, everything’s good now.

I tried solving the questions myself, at least once before using the software. If I couldn’t solve the question then I used the software to give me the detailed answer. I then used to compare both the answers and correct my mistakes.

I’m just concerned because it might not really help because it only solves the problem per ?e. I like to understand how a problem is solved and not only know the answer. Nevertheless, could you give me a link for this product?

Even I faced similar difficulties while solving converting fractions, solving inequalities and binomial formula. Just by typing in the problem from homeworkand clicking on Solve – and step by step solution to my math homework would be ready. I have used it through several math classes - Remedial Algebra, Basic Math and Intermediate algebra. I highly recommend the program.
