solving cubic equations with excel

Hey guys! Guess what, I was down with fever last week, and have missed a few lectures because of that. Now that our mid-semester are due next week I really need some help in topics like solving cubic equations with excel and few other topics like perfect square trinomial, point-slope and midpoint of a line. I was thinking on hiring some private tutor but then my pocket money meant that I couldn’t do so. I really need some immediate help in those topics, else I might perform really badly in my mid-semester . Can anyone make a suggestion ? I need some help, and I need it FAST!

Algebrator is the program that I have used through several math classes - Remedial Algebra, Remedial Algebra and Algebra 1. It is a really a great piece of math software. I remember of going through problems with relations, graphing function and linear equations.
