Hi All, I am in need of help on cramer’s rule, quadratic formula, exponent rules and function composition. Since I am a novice to Algebra 2, I really want to understand the basics of Pre Algebra completely. Can anyone recommend the best place from where I can begin reading the basics? I have a midterm next week. |

Kids can’t seem to think of anything beyond tutoring. Why don’t you try something yourself? There are many resources for why order of operations is important in solving linear equations? which are much better than tutoring. Try Algebrator, and you will never need a tutor. |

I found out a some software programs that are appropriate. I tried them out. The Algebrator appeared to be the most suitable one for reducing fractions, graphing parabolas and relations. It was also simple to work with. It took me step by step towards the solution rather than just giving the answer. That way I got to learn how to explain the problems too. By the time I was finished, I had learnt how to solve the problems. I found them valuable for Remedial Algebra, Pre Algebra and Pre Algebra which aided me in my algebra classes. May be, this is just what you are looking for. Why not try this out? |

Algebrator is the program that I have used through several algebra classes - College Algebra, Intermediate algebra and Pre Algebra. It is a truly a great piece of algebra software. I remember of going through difficulties with proportions, sum of cubes and rational expressions. I would simply type in a problem from the workbook, click on Solve – and step by step solution to my math homework. I highly recommend the program. |
