What part of monomials and absolute values poses more problems ? Because I believe that what you really need is a good program to help you figure out the basic concepts and ways of solving the exercises. Did you ever try a software like that? I have tried a few but I have to say that Algebrator is the best and the easiest to use. It's not like those other programs because it teaches you how to think , it doesn't just give you the answers .

Algebrator is truly a extremely helpful algebra software. I was able to get answers to problems I had about complex fractions, unlike denominators and radical expressions. You simply type in a problem, click on Solve and you get the all the explanation you need. You can use it for any number of algebra things, like Intermediate algebra, Algebra 2 and Intermediate algebra. I think everyone should use Algebrator.

Even I faced similar problems while solving like denominators, perpendicular lines and proportions. Just by typing in the problem from homework and clicking on Solve – and step by step solution to my math homework would be ready. I have used it through several algebra classes - Algebra 1, Basic Math and Algebra 2. I highly recommend the program.

There are some demos available to see if it is really what you are looking for and if you find it good , you can get a licensed version for a nominal amount.
