program that solves simultaneous equation

Hi! Our class just started doing a new topic in algebra regarding program that solves simultaneous equation and I did pretty good for most homeworks we got but the latest one my professor gave really confusing so I'd appreciate if somebody will help me to understand it! It’s a problem solving homework my math professor gave out this day and it’s due next week and I tried doing it but still can’t get it right. I just can’t answer it easily unlike the other assignments. I had an easy time doing my past homeworks but this particular homework with specific topic of binomial formula just gives me a hard time just figuring out how to start. I’m desperately in need of help. I’ll really be grateful if somebody help me in showing the steps and how to solve it in a organized and clear way.

I remember having problems with graphing circles, quadratic inequalities and evaluating formulas. Algebrator is a truly great piece of algebra software. I have used it through several algebra classes - Intermediate algebra, Algebra 1 and Remedial Algebra. I would simply type in the problem from a workbook and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended.
